Hi, We are seeking an AI/ML Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on designing, building, and deploying artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions to solve real-world business problems. The ideal candidate has a strong technical foundation and can translate complex AI concepts into practical solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, train, and optimize machine learning models for client projects.

- Analyze business needs and identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions.

- Work with stakeholders to design proof-of-concepts and deploy production-ready systems.

- Integrate AI/ML models with existing software, cloud platforms, or enterprise systems.

- Stay current with emerging AI technologies, tools, and best practices.

- Provide technical guidance to clients and internal teams.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).

- 7+ years of experience with machine learning, deep learning, or AI-focused development.

- Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages.

- Hands-on experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication skills for client-facing discussions.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Experience with NLP, computer vision, or generative AI.

Knowledge of MLOps and CI/CD pipelines.

Background in data engineering or big data tools (Spark, Hadoop).

Consulting experience or ability to work directly with clients.
