Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Business Stream Lead (PM3) to oversee the business workstream of this high-profile, transformational program. This role will focus on planning and execution across areas such as financial systems integration, privacy and compliance, analytics, business continuity, and operating model development.

The location of work will be remote, but the proponents should be able to travel to the province of New Brunswick at least once a month throughout the project duration.

This is a professional services engagement for an independent consultant (not a salaried employee role).

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the business workstream for the CIS program through strategy, planning, and execution.
- Collaborate with clinical, technical, and administrative teams to align priorities.
- Develop project plans, budgets, risk frameworks, and governance structures.
- Oversee application rationalization and back-office integration.
- Drive compliance with privacy and regulatory requirements.
- Provide leadership in change management and business continuity planning.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
- 10+ years experience in digital health planning, healthcare IT system planning, or large-scale business-healthcare transformations.
- 5+ years in a senior leadership or advisory role on multi-site, multi-year health IT or business transformation initiatives.
- Strong expertise in healthcare systems, stakeholder engagement, and financial/business acumen.
- Bilingual in English and French (written and verbal)
