We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to support a large public sector client in modernizing its cybersecurity program.

This role will focus on the people and organizational side of change, ensuring smooth adoption of new technologies, processes, and capabilities while minimizing disruption to staff and services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Change Strategy: Design and implement change management strategies aligned with program objectives, including identifying impacts, risks, and stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with project teams, business units, and leadership to communicate the vision and benefits of the transformation.
- Staff Reskilling & Support: Oversee training, coaching, and support initiatives to prepare teams for new tools and processes.
- Communication Planning: Create clear, timely communications for different audiences, including project updates, training opportunities, and service changes.
- Client Impact & Risk Mitigation: Work with service teams to minimize disruptions to client-facing services during change initiatives.
- Monitor Readiness & Adoption: Track organizational readiness, measure adoption progress, and adjust approaches as needed.
- Sustainment Planning: Ensure changes are embedded in routines and processes for long-term benefits.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Change, IT, or related field; or a two-year diploma with relevant experience.
- Minimum 5 years leading organizational change on medium to large-scale projects in complex environments; public sector or cybersecurity/IT experience preferred.
- Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, cross-functional facilitation, change readiness, adoption tracking, and workforce reskilling.
- Excellent written and oral communication in English.
- Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Lean Change Management) is an asset.
